Prior to entering the legal profession, James built a successful career in both commercial aviation and property. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate and has acted for high-net-worth individuals and businesses on commercial property matters. His aviation experience includes roles as a pilot and operations manager, where he was responsible for air ambulance, charter, and special mission operations across New Zealand and internationally.
This diverse professional background enables James to bring a rare combination of technical precision, commercial insight, and real-world experience to his legal practice. He works with a wide range of clients, earning their trust through his calm, considered advice and deep understanding of both legal and commercial landscapes.
